Concinnity Sings the Sixties Again!

OSWEGO – Concinnity, the select women’s vocal ensemble, will be presenting another of their popular concerts of music from the sixties, 60s Rewind.  Under the direction of Mary Lou Carpenter-Bjorkman, and accompanied by Erny Papay on piano and Sean Simonson on electric bass, the group will perform tunes by the Beatles, Simon and Garfunkel, Elvis Presley, and the Supremes, among others.

The concert will be held on Sunday, August 23, 3:00 pm, at the Faith United Church, 12 Mark Fitzgibbons Driver, Oswego. There is no charge for the concert, however free will donations are always gratefully accepted.

Concinnity has been performing for 25 years, and have presented well over 70 concerts in that time, as well as entertaining at meetings, social events, and other gatherings. Carpenter-Bjorkman states “We may look a little older, but our spirit has not diminished one bit!”  So come and tap your foot, clap your hands, sing along, and move to the music we grew up with.
