‘Crazy For You’ Shaping Up – OHS Production Just Weeks Away

OSWEGO, NY – Intense rehearsals continue each day after school as the cast of “Crazy for You” prepares for the annual musical.

The music of George Gershwin and lyric of Ira Gershwin highlight this year’s production which will be held at Oswego High School’s Ralph Faust Theatre of the Performing Arts on Feb. 5-6 at 7:30 p.m.

While rehearsals continue on stage the technical crews, set builders and costume designers and dressers are organizing the behind the scenes pieces that will make the performances a success.

Earlier this week, the growth of the show continued as costumes were broken out for the cast.

Rehearsals continue with pieces of still to be completed sets sitting in the background.

The enthusiasm of the young cast is quite evident as they prepare to entertain what is usually a packed house at the Faust Theatre.

Once again the annual musical is one of the highlights of the year and to be sure to have tickets for the show advanced reservations are being taken.

Tickets are $10 for adults, $8 for senior citizens and $7 for students (K-12).

Reservations can be made by calling 342-2432 and leaving a message as you will be asked to leave your name (spell clearly), phone number, the day of the show you want to attend and the number and type of tickets you need.

All unpaid reserved tickets must be picked up at the Oswego High School Theatre box office from Monday through Thursday (Feb. 1-4).
