
The sounds of rock ‘n’ roll oldies and country music will fill the air during the CNY Great Pumpkin Festival as the band Halfway to Nowhere and Friends, featuring Oswego Idol, Tammy Stewart, will be performing at Sunday, October 4th from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m.
The 18th Annual Central New York Great Pumpkin Fest will be held on Saturday, October 3rd from 11:00 am to 6:00 pm and Sunday, October 4th from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm, at Washington Square Park in Oswego.
The Great Pumpkin Weigh-In will take place on Saturday, October 3rd beginning at 10:00 a.m. The giant pumpkins will be on display at the Great Pumpkin Fest Saturday only.
The two-day event will also feature a wide variety of entertainment and activities including:
– Air Hops, and Face Painting for the kids
– Wine & Cheese Tasting
– Arts & Crafts Vendors
– Carnival Rides & Games
– 50 / 50 Raffle
In addition there will be live performances each day. Entertainers scheduled to perform include:
– Patti and The Cruz-ers, 10:30 – 11:30 a.m. Saturday
– Bill Barlow & Dave Domicolo, 12:30 – 2:30 p.m. Saturday
– The Jam Bones, 3:00 – 6:00 p.m. Saturday
– Doc Apple, 11:00 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. Sunday
– Halfway To Nowhere & Friends, 2:00 – 5:00 p.m. Sunday
