Model Train Village Featured At Annual ‘Christmas at Sea’ Open House

OSWEGO, NY – The H. Lee White Marine Museum is pleased to host its annual “Christmas at Sea” Open House on Dec. 14 from to 1-4:30 p.m.

Come celebrate the holiday season in Oswego’s gaily decorated “Historic Maritime District.“

Munch on homemade cookies while enjoying our uniquely decorated holiday “trees.”

Several new trees have been added to the display, including pirate and transportation themed trees.

The museum will again exhibit several model train displays throughout the building, courtesy of the Oswego Valley Railroad Association, with the featured display depicting a waterfront village.

At 2 p.m., join us along with Mrs. Claus (Rosemary Nesbitt) in welcoming Santa, transported to the Marine Museum on the west pier by United States Coast Guard cutter.

Santa will be available to hear every child’s holiday wish.

The museum and “The Treasure Chest” gift shop will be open free of charge and refreshments will be served.
