SUNY Alumni Weekend Concert To Benefit United Way

OSWEGO, NY – As part of SUNY Oswego’s Alumni Weekend the DKK Alumni Association is sponsoring a Déjà vu reunion concert on June 10 from 9 p.m. until midnight behind GS Steamers / The Econolodge, East First Street.

Headlining the concert will be Oswego’s own Frostbit Blue.

One of Central New York’s most popular bands, Frostbit Blue was founded in the late ‘80s. The band has shared the stage with a variety of southern rock groups including; Marshall Tucker, Charlie Daniels, 38 Special, and Dicky Betts just to name a few.

Frostbit Blue will be performing songs from the CDs, Just What the Doctor Ordered and Ice Breaker.

Opening the concert will be acoustic rock sounds of the biggest little band in, JUMBOshrimp.

According to organizers proceeds from the concert will benefit United Way of Greater Oswego County and SUNY Oswego Scholarships.
