West Linear Park Concert Series Welcomes Cortini Brothers

OSWEGO, NY – The West Linear Park Concert Series continues July 15 with a live performance featuring the smooth sounds of the Cortini Brothers Jazz Band.

The 2008 West Linear Park Summer Concert Series continues on July 15. Pictured is drummer Joe Cortini Jr.“We are pleased to be working with the city to sponsor this popular music series,” said Jennifer Hill, executive director of the Greater Oswego-Fulton Chamber of Commerce. “The stage at West Linear Park provides us with a perfect location for the concert series. The concerts will provide members of our community and visitors with the opportunity to listen to some wonderful music while enjoying a breathtaking view of the river and the Oswego harbor.”

The concert series will conclude with a performance by one of the area’s most popular bands, Halfway to Nowhere, on Aug. 19.

All concerts will be from 7 – 9 p.m. at the Veterans’ Stage on West Linear Park.
