A free, juried exhibition titled “Picture 81” will take place Sept. 7 to Nov. 1 in the gallery at SUNY Oswego in Syracuse, 2 Clinton Square. The show will document life — as in this photo by Picture 81 project moderator Willson Cummer — with the viaduct as it exists today, prior to a decision on an alternative plan for Interstate 81 and the city.
