Fairgrieve Elementary hands out attendance trophies

The key to success at Fairgrieve Elementary School begins with students attending school on a regular basis.

In recognition of exemplary attendance records, a class from each grade level at Fairgrieve Elementary was recently honored with attendance trophies. To help promote this message, the Principal Jean Ciesla honored the top attending class from each grade level during a recent Morning Express assembly.

Classes receiving the award included: Lucy Hawthorne’s kindergarten class, Beth Hudson’s first grade class, Stephanie Ruta’s second grade class, Scott Earl’s third grade class, Colleen Warner’s fourth grade class, Kerrie Phillips fifth grade class and Richard Bush’s sixth grade class.

A student from each grade level was chosen to accept the award on behalf of their respective class.
