Ordinary vases converted into Stained Glass Art was a favorite art project of the day during Fulton’s recent Memorial Day Salute. Arts Partners sponsored the art project booth to raise awareness about the benefits of the arts and conduct a membership drive for the organization whose goal is to open CNY Arts Center in Fulton.
