FULTON, NY – Nichole D. Burr, 19, and Brandon E. Lane II, 23, both residing at 213 Utica St., Apartment #1, Fulton, were arrested on February 11 at about 3 p.m. following an on-going heroin investigation.
During the course of the investigation, a search warrant was executed at 213 Utica St., Apartment #1 by members of the city of Fulton Police Department, Oswego County Drug Task Force and city of Oswego Police Department.
Upon executing the search warrant Burr and Lane II were allegedly found in possession of and in the course of packaging heroin with the intention to sell it.
They were also found in possession of .5 grams of methamphetamine, police said.
Burr and Lane II were in possession of and packaging the heroin in close proximity to Burr’s 1-1/2-year-old daughter, according to the police report.
They were charged with the following criminal charges:
Criminal possession of a controlled substance 3rd degree – (B Felony)
Criminal possession of a controlled substance 5th degree – (D Felony)
Criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th degree – (A Misdemeanor)
Criminal using drug paraphernalia 2nd degree – (A Misdemeanor)
Endangering the Welfare of a Child – (A Misdemeanor)
Burr and Lane II were arraigned in Fulton City Court on February 11 and were remanded to Oswego County Public Safety Center on $5,000 cash bail.
