Greater Oswego-Fulton Chamber Receives CNY Arts Grant


The Greater Oswego-Fulton Chamber of Commerce (GOFCC), was awarded a grant from CNY Arts (formerly the Cultural Resources Council of Syracuse and Onondaga County) for the recent 2013 Fulton Jazz Fest.  Beth Hilton (right), executive director of the GOFCC, accepts a certificate of appreciation from Stephen Butler, CNY Arts executive director and Liz Lane, CNY Arts decentralization grants coordinator. The certificate recognizes the chamber’s “valuable contribution to the arts and culture in Central New York.” According to their web site (cnyarts.org), CNY Arts  “works to enhance the arts and cultural environment of the region through support and service to our individual artist, grass root arts & cultural groups and our established cultural institutions.” For more information, visit the chamber web site, www.oswegofultonchamber.com/ or contact the chamber at 315-343-7681.
