OSWEGO, NY – The Oswego State men’s basketball program and head coach Jason Leone will be offering two basketball clinics on Oct. 7 and 21.
The clinic on Oct. 7 is free for all kids in grades 1-8 from 9-11 a.m.
Current Oswego State players will provide instruction involving shooting, passing and other basketball drills.
Various competitions will take place throughout each clinic.
A shooting clinic will be offered on Oct. 21 from 9 a.m. – noon for kids between 7-18 years old and is $50.
Each participant from beginner to advanced will receive a complete breakdown of his or her individual shot.
Printed drills and warmups for shooting will also be available, as each participant will shoot approximately 1,000 shots in the three-hour sesson.
Instruction will be provided by Coach Leone, his staff, and players.
Both clinics will take place at Max Ziel Gymnasium in Laker Hall.
Kids may attend one or both of the clinics if they wish.
