MEXICO, NY – Learn how to start a vegetable garden with Jan Smith, Oswego County Cooperative Extension Master Gardener, on April 22 from 6:30 – 9 p.m. at the Oswego County Cornell Cooperative Extension Office, 3288 Main St., Mexico.
Smith will be teaching how important soil and water conditions are to your success as well as site selection.
Also, you will learn how to choose vegetable varieties that thrive in our growing climate.
Pre-registration is required.
Program fee $15, includes seeds to take home for planting.
