McCaffrey of Phoenix Awarded St. Lawrence University Fellowship

CANTON, NY – Alissa McCaffrey, of Phoenix, is one of 39 St. Lawrence University students awarded a University Fellowship for 2012.

University Fellows conduct independent academic research in partnership with faculty members.

A member of the Class of 2013, McCaffrey is majoring in biology and history. Her research topic is “Effects of the Environmental Estrogen Disrupting Compound Bisphenol-A (BPA) on the Tadpole Immune System.”
