National Crime Victims’ Rights

In recognition of National Crime Victims’ Rights Week Oswego County Opportunities Services to Aid Families program held its 18th annual tree planting ceremony to honor victims of crime in Oswego County. This year’s tree is planted at Annie P. Ainsworth Memorial Library in Sandy Creek.
