Welcome to NJHS

Welcome to NJHS

OSWEGO – On May 7, 29 seventh graders from Oswego Middle School were inducted into the Eagle’s Nest Chapter of the National Junior Honor Society.

Members were selected based on the five pillars of NJHS, which include: scholarship, leadership, service, character and citizenship.

Special guests who spoke to the new inductees were Mary Beth Fierro, Principal of OMS; former members of NJHS: Aaric Celeste, president of OHS National Honor Society as well as Ben DaFoe, vice president of OHS National Honor Society.

The speakers advised the new members to be positive leaders among their peers and to seize the opportunity to both lead and serve the school and community.
