Fulton’s Lions, Kiwanis, Rotary and Sunrise Rotary clubs have joined together with tournament title sponsor Eastern Shore Associates Insurance for the ‘Swing 4 Service’ Third Annual Golf Open, Sat. Aug. 18, at Emerald Crest Golf Course, Palermo. The event features an 8:00 a.m. shotgun start with a best ball captain and crew format. An awards banquet will immediately follow at Tavern on the Lock, Fulton.
