OSWEGO COUNTY – Late Sunday night, February 4th, 2024, at around 11:53 PM, members of the Oswego County Sheriff’s Office were dispatched to an armed robbery at Circle K, located at 1411 State Route 49 in the Town of Constantia.
The suspect walked into the store with a mask on and threatened the cashier with what appeared to be a firearm. The suspect demanded cash and the cashier’s car keys and left with the cashier’s vehicle and an undisclosed amount of cash.
Several hours later, the stolen vehicle and an imitation firearm, believed to be the same one used to threaten the cashier, were recovered.
