AT&T Outage Affecting Oswego County 911 Callers – Resolved

UPDATE Dec. 21 around 6:30 a.m.: The Oswego County E-911 Center was informed earlier this morning that the AT&T issue affecting Oswego County 911 callers has been resolved.

OSWEGO COUNTY – The Oswego County E-911 Center reports that a widespread AT&T outage throughout New York State is impacting the ability of AT&T customers to call 911.

Those customers should use another carrier or a landline to call 911.

The Oswego County 911 Center reports that when AT&T customers call 911, their call is dropped and it takes a few minutes for the 911 center call-takers to return the call.
