The 2008 Annual Report produced by Steve Chirello Advertising for client Operation Oswego County (OOC) received the rank of ‘excellent’ at the 2010 New York State Economic Development Council’s (NYSDEC) marketing and promotional materials award competition, said Steve Chirello, owner.
The award was earned for the agency’s creative design and production of the report whose cover was dedicated to OOC’s support of small business for the past 25 years, Chirello said.
A panel of experienced economic development and marketing professionals judges entries and determines awards based on design and layout, clarity of message, quality, functionality and overall creativity and impact.
NYSDEC recognitions are warded each year to member organizations throughout New York State who produce printed materials and Internet media to promote economic development in their areas.
