OSWEGO COUNTY – According to the Oswego County Health Department, as of 3 p.m., there have been 48 additional cases of novel coronavirus (COVID-19) since Saturday, November 14.
The cumulative reported number is 1,186 cases across the county and of those, 883 have recovered and five have died.
SUNY Oswego reported nine new case since Saturday.
The Oswego County Health Department is investigating confirmed cases of COVID-19 to identify close contacts and announce potential public exposure to the virus. Anyone who visited any of these locations may have been exposed to COVID-19:
- American Legion Post 1128, 8 Vida Dr., Williamstown –
- Wednesday, Nov. 11 between 2 and 10:30 p.m.
- Friday, Nov. 13 between 3 and 5 p.m.
- Mapleview Family Restaurant, 2023 State Rte. 104, Mexico –
- Sunday, Nov. 8; Monday, Nov. 9; Tuesday, Nov. 10; Wednesday, Nov. 11; or Thursday, Nov. 12 between 2 p.m. and 9 p.m.;
- or Sunday, Nov. 15 between 7:30 a.m. and 11 a.m.

SUNY Oswego cases are included in the county numbers, however, the county tracks only those living in Oswego County. That means that students who chose to leave and go back to their home county and test positive there will be included on the college’s dashboard, but not the county’s. Their positive result would be reported to their home county, not here.
