East Seneca Street Bridge Closure and Repairs

OSWEGO – Beginning today, Wednesday, August 12, 2026, the East Seneca Street Bridge in the City of Oswego will be closed to make roadway repairs. Residents should anticipate the bridge being closed for the remainder of this week.

There will be posted signage highlighting the detour route. Motorists are asked to please avoid the area if possible. Motorists are also encouraged to allow extra time for travel with the necessary detours in place.

As always, this work is weather dependent. The City of Oswego appreciates the community’s patience while this important work is being done.
