Donna Rose, commercial lines and public entity manager for Eastern Shore Associates Insurance (ESA), Fulton, recently earned the agency’s 2010 “Above and Beyond” award, it was announced by Robert K. Wallace, agency president and CEO.
“Donna has been an invaluable asset to our team, “ Wallace said. “She has excelled in every aspect of her positions through the years and she is a credit to our agency and to our industry.
“The Above and Beyond program is designed to recognize the individual who goes above and beyond their normal job duties to exceed the needs of fellow employees, our customers and our agency.”
Rose, a 23-year ESA employee is the agency’s Public Entity Manager and has had the new position of Commercial Lines Manager added to her responsibilities in January, Wallace said. Rose also holds the Accredited Adviser in Insurance (AAI) accreditation from the American Institute for CPCU/Insurance Institute of America. She resides in Oswego with children Brittanie, 19; Tim, 15; and Tia, 12.
