FULTON, NY – On 11/03/22, the City of Fulton Police were contacted by a person who said they had been sexually abused by two family members over the course of the last seven years.
An investigation ensued, and it was learned that the victim had been subjected to sexual intercourse and other sexual acts by their mother and cousin. On 12/09/22, the following persons were arrested in connection with the case:
Gen E. Watson, 47 years old, of Fulton
- Charges: 1 count of Criminal Sex Act 2nd Degree– Class D Felony
- 1 count of Incest in the 2nd Degree – Class D Felony
- 1 count of Sex Abuse 3rd degree – Class A Misdemeanor
Gilbert R. Coffey, 54 years old, of Fulton
- Charges: 1 count of Criminal Sex Act 2nd Degree– Class D Felony
- 1 count of Rape in the 2nd Degree – Class D Felony
- 1 count of Sex Abuse 3rd degree – Class A Misdemeanor
Watson and Gilbert were transported to the Oswego County Jail, where they will be arraigned later this evening during Centralized Arraignment.
