FULTON – On Thursday (November 10), Fulton Police responded to a reported residential burglary at approximately 1:37 p.m. on South Eleventh Street in the city of Fulton.

One suspect, 19-year-old Dominique Loomis, was apprehended and a second fled into a wooded area.
Fulton Police Department, along with the Oswego County Sheriff’s Office, New York State Police, New York State Parole and the Onondaga County Sheriff’s Office Aviation unit searched the area.
The second suspect, 36-year-old Michael Carroll, was later located and apprehended by members of the Fulton Police Department, police said today (November 11).

Dominique Loomis – No Fixed Address – was charged with Burglary in the Second Degree, C Felony, and Attempted Petit Larceny, B Misdemeanor.
Michael Carroll – No Fixed Address – was charged with Burglary in the Second Degree, C Felony; Obstructing Governmental Administration in the Second Degree, A Misdemeanor; and Attempted Petit Larceny, B Misdemeanor.
Both Loomis and Carroll were arraigned in Fulton City Court and remanded to the Oswego County Jail.
