FULTON – On December 16, at approximately 9:22 a.m., a bank robbery was reported at Fulton Savings Bank, 219 County Route 57, in the town of Schroeppel.
Shortly thereafter, a Village of Phoenix Police Officer observed the suspect vehicle and stopped the vehicle, ultimately apprehending the suspect.
The Oswego County Sheriff’s Office investigated the incident and charged the only suspect, Andrew Clark, 32, of 418 Oneida St, Fulton, with Robbery in the third degree, Grand Larceny in the fourth degree, and Criminal Possession of Stolen Property in the fourth degree.
All money reported stolen in the incident was recovered.
Clark was arraigned in Schroeppel Town Court and remanded to the Oswego County Jail in lieu of $100,000 cash or $200,000 bond.
Clark’s next court appearance is currently scheduled for December 20 at 5:30 p.m. at the Town of Schroeppel Court.
