Burlingham Retires From Fulton PD

FULTON, NY After 20 years of service to the Fulton Police Department and community, Lt. Charles Burlingham has retired, it was announced by Chief Mike Curtis.

“Lt. Burlingham started his career on July 21, 2003 as a patrol officer before being promoted to sergeant in September, 2012,” Curtis said. “He was promoted to lieutenant in April, 2016. Burlingham was in charge of the traffic and training department for several years up until his retirement on July 22 this year. He spent many years coaching baseball and wrestling, and he is currently the head coach of the Fulton Varsity Wrestling Team. We will miss him and his many contributions to the Fulton Police Department.”
