FULTON – The City of Fulton, NY has energized its commitment to clean transportation with the installation of five new dual-port ChargeSmart EV stations at 130 S. 1st Street.  Located across from the City of Fulton Municipal Building, these Level 2 chargers expand access for local employees, residents, and visitors enjoying the canal-side Towpath Trails.

“We’re proud to support Fulton’s leadership in electrification,” said Michael Treiman, VP of Sales at ChargeSmart EV.  “Our turnkey process made it seamless for the city to secure state funding, permitting, and installation – bringing reliable charging to a growing EV community.”

City of Fulton Mayor, James Rice added, “These charging stations are a wonderful addition in our City.  Placing these along the Oswego Riverbank and within our DRI Zone makes perfect sense.  Electric vehicles are here to stay, and both our residents and visitors are able to take advantage of this opportunity.”

Each station is now live and accessible 24/7 through the ChargeSmart EV mobile app, giving drivers an easy way to power their vehicles while supporting the city’s sustainability goals.

ChargeSmart EV is proud to partner with forward-thinking communities like Fulton to expand the charging network that keeps New York moving – one plug at a time.
