City of Fulton Notice Of Public Hearing

FULTON – NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following
Public Hearings will be held on Thursday,September 24, 2026, at 7:00 P.M. in the Common Council Chambers of the
Municipal Building, located at 141 South First Street,Fulton, New York, relativeto the following:

• Amendment of the Water Base Rates
• Amendment of the
• Sanitation Rates
• Amendment of the Refuse and Garbage Rate

The purpose of these hearings is to provide all citizens and interested organizations an opportunity to present their written or oral comments regarding the proposed budgets and/or amendments to the City Code.
Anyone wishing to be heard on the proposals may do so at that time.
