City of Fulton Police Department: Proactive Drug Enforcement Update

FULTON – From February 1 to April 19, 2025, the City of Fulton Police Department with Oswego County Drug Task Force members, Oswego County Sheriffs, Oswego County District Attorney’s Office, Oswego City Police, Homeland Security and USBorder Patrol have taken bold steps in proactively addressing drug-related crime throughout the city of Fulton. This effort led to:

  • 6 search warrants and multiple traffic stops
  • At least 11 felony crime investigations and over 30 misdemeanor crime investigations
  • Seizure of:
    • Large quantities of methamphetamine
    • Over 2,000g of cocaine
    • Over 64g of crack cocaine
    • 113 glassine envelopes of heroin/fentanyl
    • Approximately 10g of “molly”
    • At least $1,839 in cash

A focused operation on Friday, April 11, resulted in:

  • 31 traffic stops
  • 7 subject stops
  • 6 in-progress crime arrests
  • 4 arrest warrants executed
    —all in just eight hours.

The City of Fulton Police Department and our Drug Task Force partners remain committed to targeting serious drug crimes that continue to impact the health and safety of our community. Ongoing investigations tied to recent proactive enforcement efforts have already resulted in dozens of arrests, substantial drug seizures, and the recovery of illegal proceeds. Due to limited resources, officers continue to focus efforts on the most impactful offenses, including felony drug trafficking and in-progress crimes. Additional arrests and seizures may follow as investigations proceed but due to the ongoing and sensitive nature of these investigations no further details are being released until cases are finalized.
