
State Police arrested a Volney father and his son during an investigation into an allegatation of domestic violence.
Troopers were called to a town of Volney home at about 4:30 p.m. Friday.
Police allege that a woman complained that Chad Crouse, 27, of 89 Taplan Dr., Volney was at her home in violation of a court order to stay away from her.

Troopers allege that Crouse resisted arrest while his father, Calvin Crouse, 49, also of 89 Taplan Dr., tried to interfere with the arrest and threatened the officers.
Chad Crouse was charged with contempt of court and resisting arrest. Calvin Crouse was charged with obstructing governmental administration.
Both were sent to the Oswego County Correctional Facility on bail.
