FFD Purchases Tools Through SUNOCO Donation

FULTON, NY – Through a donation from the Fulton SUNOCO Ethanol plant, the FFD was able to purchase a new fire fighting vent saw, rechargeable hand lights and a new set of Iron’s (axe/halligan) all to be placed on the departments newly acquired 1998 Pierce 100′ Platform ladder truck.

Chief Eiffe said, “We are very appreciative to SUNOCO for the donation, we have a very good working relationship with SUNOCO and Alex in particular. We purchased some much needed small equipment for the ladder truck that we just recently acquired via a DASNY Grant. We would like to thank Alex and all the employees of SUNOCO for their assistance.”
