PHOENIX, NY – First United Methodist Church is hosting a “Grandma’s Pies†sale for the Thanksgiving holiday.
A full slate of varieties are available, including 9-inch apple, cherry, pumpkin, frozen unbaked apple for $8 each or 5-inch for $3 each. Nine-inch pecan, sugar-free apple and mock mincemeat pies are available for $9 each or 5-inch for $4 each.
The deadline for orders is Nov 17. Pies can be picked up at the church Nov. 21 between 3:30 and 6 p.m., down stairs at the church at 49 Jefferson St., (the corner of Lock and Jefferson streets), Phoenix.
Those interested can call orders in to the church at 695-4746, Thursday from 10 a.m. to noon. Callers should leave their name, telephone number and their list of pies. Someone from the church will call to confirm.
