FULTON, NY – During the early morning hours of Sunday (Jan. 31), Fulton Police were dispatched to a westside neighborhood in regard to an intoxicated male causing a disturbance.

Upon arrival Fulton Officers located a male matching the description who was identified as Newlin Negron.
After conducting a national warrant check it was discovered that Negron was wanted by the Cuyahoga County Sheriff’s Office in Ohio for a drug possession crime that could be punishable by imprisonment for a term exceeding one year.
Negron was arrested, arraigned in Fulton City Court and remanded to the Oswego County Jail pending extradition to Ohio.
