The day is a collaboration between the city of Fulton and the Greater Oswego-Fulton Chamber of Commerce’s Fulton Project Bloom committee.

Its mission, to clean up the debris in the city left over from the long winter months.

Volunteers attacked both the east and west sides of Fulton – raking leaves, picking up trash, and sweeping away left over salt and sand.

Linda Thomas-Caster and Diane Burnell, members of Project Bloom, were raking up the green spaces in front of RealtyUSA and the Blue Moon Grill.

“We clean up downtown,” said Thomas-Caster. “And, by the end of May we put out potted flowers local businesses buy to beautify downtown.” missing or outdated ad config
