Fulton Common Council Meeting, A Rerun from November 2025 Budget Public Hearings

Council President Campolieta

FULTON – The meeting revisited many of the budget discussions from the previous year, with council members addressing familiar questions from concerned citizens. Many residents expressed worries about another significant increase in water, sewer, refuse, and garbage rates, feeling that their input may not change the outcome. Councilors noted that rising costs, such as the unexpected increase in diesel prices, have contributed to a 2026 budget shortfall.
