A Fulton man is accused of sexually abusing a 9 year old boy.
Fulton Police allege that Percy John Shaw, III, 34,had sexual contact with the boy sometime between last Christmas and January 12, 2010 at Shaw’s home.
He’s been charged with three felonies, including the class A2 felony of predatory sexual assault, and a misdemeanor count of endangering the welfare of a child.
Shaw is scheduled to be arraigned Saturday morning.
