Fulton Man Arrested for Buying Beer For People Under 21 Last Year

It took Fulton Police nearly a year, but this week, they arrested a Fulton man for allegedly giving beer to people under 21 years old.

The police department alleges that on March 28, 2009, Raymond F. Miner of 19 W. First St. N. bought a 30-pack of beer and shared it with four people who were younger than the legal drinking age of 21.

Miner was arrested Tuesday after what police called “a lengthy investigation”.  He was charged with four counts each of unlawfully dealing with a child and endangering the welfare of a child.

He was released on an appearance ticket.  He’s due back in court on Feb. 25. missing or outdated ad config
