Fulton Man Arrested For Drug Possession Following Traffic Stop

FULTON, NY – On Tuesday (April 12), at approximately 9:27 p.m., State Police stopped a vehicle on Oneida Street in the city of Fulton for failure to stop at a red light.

Following an investigation at the scene, back seat passenger, Justin J. Fellows, 33, of Fulton, was found to allegedly be in possession of Suboxone without a prescription, as well as cocaine.

He was transported to SP Fulton where he was charged with two counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree, a class “A” misdemeanor.

Fellows is due in Fulton City Court on April 28, at 9 a.m.
