GRANBY – On April 21, at approximately 1:40 p.m., State Police stopped a motorcycle on South Granby Road in the town of Granby for operating without a license plate.

Investigation at the scene revealed that the operator, Kane D. Barkley, 33, of Fulton, was allegedly intoxicated.
He was taken into custody and transported to SP Fulton where he was charged with Driving While Intoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanor, and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the 1st Degree, a class “E” felony.
He was released to a third party and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Granby Court on April 25 at 7 p.m.
