FULTON, NY – On March 11, at approximately 7:10 p.m., State Police responded to a one car motor vehicle accident at County Route 4 and Redschoolhouse Road in the town of Palermo.
One vehicle was located in the ditch at that intersection, troopers said.
Justin A. Stevens, 25, of Fulton, was found to be operating the vehicle at the time of the accident and was determined to be intoxicated, according to the police report.
He was transported to SP Fulton where he was charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle, and Operating a Motor Vehicle While the Registration is Suspended, all unclassified misdemeanors.
Stevens is scheduled to appear in the Town of Palermo Court on March 21, at 7 p.m.
