FULTON – On December 21, 2023, State Police in North Syracuse arrested Jamiejo L. Kratz, age 40 from Fulton, NY for (2) counts of Possessing Sexual Performance by a Child, a class “E” felony.
Kratz is charged with being in possession of child sex abuse material on his personal cell phone. The images were discovered during an investigation being conducted by the Troop D Computer Crime Unit, SP Lysander Bureau of Criminal Investigation, and the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.
Kratz was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in Salina Town Court on January 2, 2024, at 5 p.m.
