In July 2026, the Fulton Police Department received a report that an adult had purchased alcohol and provided it to a 13-year-old visiting the adult’s residence. An investigation was initiated into the incident.
During the investigation, officers uncovered a separate incident in which the same adult had allegedly purchased nicotine vapes for a different 13-year-old who was also visiting the residence.
As a result of the investigation into these two separate incidents, the individual was taken into custody and charged in connection with providing alcohol and nicotine products to minors.
The suspect has been identified as:
John Williams, 53, of Fulton, New York
Charges:
- Two (2) counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child
- Two (2) counts of Unlawfully Dealing with a Child in the Second Degree
Williams was arrested on October 15, 2026, and held pending arraignment.
