FULTON – On Sunday (June 12), at approximately 4:22 a.m., State Police responded to a one-car motor vehicle accident on County Route 7 in the town of Hannibal.
Investigation at the scene revealed the operator, Daniel P. Ormsby, 26, of Fulton, was allegedly intoxicated.
Ormsby was taken into custody and charged with Driving While Intoxicated, a misdemeanor.
He is scheduled to appear in the Town of Hannibal Court on June 21, at 6 p.m.
