GRANBY – On June 17, at approximately 6:23 p.m., State Police observed a speeding vehicle on State Route 48 in the town of Granby. As troopers attempted to stop the vehicle, it turned into a driveway at 4 Water Run Drive.

Investigation at the scene revealed the operator, Fredrick M. Tomski, 52, of the same address, was intoxicated, police said.
It was further revealed that Tomski allegedly possessed a non-driver identification with a revoked status, and 25 active suspensions.
Tomski was charged with felony Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated, and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the 1st degree, a class “E” felony.
He was arraigned in the Town of Hannibal Court, and remanded to the Oswego County Jail on no bail.
Tomski is scheduled to return to the Town of Granby Court on June 27 at 7 p.m.
