FULTON, NY – On Wednesday, Fulton Police charged Anthony D. Terramiggi Sr., 32, of Worth Street in Fulton, with crimes related to an unlawful surveillance complaint.
In September, Fulton Police were called to a report of a fight involving two men.
During the investigation, it was learned that Terramiggi had allegedly used his cellular phone to video record women exiting the shower nude at his home without their knowledge or consent.
In an effort to destroy the evidence of the crime, it is alleged that Terramiggi chewed and swallowed the cellular phone media card.
Related to the fight call, he allegedly punched a man several times and took a woman’s cellular phone in order to prevent her from calling 911
Terramiggi was charged with:
Unlawful Surveillance 2nd Degree (3 counts) – Class E Felony
Tampering with Physical Evidence – Class E Felony
Petit Larceny – Class A Misdemeanor
Menacing 3rd Degree – Class B Misdemeanor
In a separate unrelated investigation, Terramiggi was additionally charged with a count of Petit Larceny stemming from the theft of $50 worth of firewood from Fastrac Food Store at 260 S. Second St., Fulton.
Terramiggi was arraigned in Fulton City Court and remanded to the Oswego County Public Safety Center in lieu of $1500 cash bail or $3,000 bond.
