OSWEGO, NY – A Fulton man is in custody this afternoon accused of possessing and selling cocaine.
At approximately 4:03 p.m. today (May 22) members of the Oswego City Police Department, assisted by the New York State Police Community Narcotics Enforcement Team, arrested Lyle L. Boatman, 45, of 20 Airport Road, Fulton, for allegedly possessing and selling an undisclosed amount of crack cocaine.
Boatman was charged with two counts of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance (B felonies), and two counts of third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance (B felonies).
Boatman was processed at the Oswego City Police Department where he remains in custody awaiting arraignment.
