Fulton, NY – Gary Melvin Goodale, 37, of Fulton, was arrested after an investigation by the city of Fulton Police Department and charged with the following crimes:
Rape in the First Degree, Class B Felony; Criminal Sexual Act in the First Degree, Class B Felony; Use of a Child in a Sexual Performance, Class C Felony; Promoting a Sexual Performance of a Child, Class D Felony; Sexual Abuse in the First Degree, Class D Felony (9 counts); Endangering the Welfare of a Child, Class A Misdemeanor (15 counts).
Goodale is accused of committing the above offenses between the months of September 2016 through about May 16, 2017, while at 220 Seneca St. in the city of Fulton.
It is alleged Goodale did have sexual intercourse, physical sexual contact and sexual contact with a foreign object with an eight-year-old girl.
He did take photographs of the victim, while the victim engaged in a sexual performance, police said.
It also alleged that he did have physical sexual contact, oral sexual contact with a nine-year-old boy.
It is further alleged that Goodale did have physical sexual contact with an eight-year-old boy.
Goodale took photographs of the victim naked, according to police.
Goodale is currently being held at the Fulton Police Department awaiting arraignment.
