FULTON – On April 12, 2026, a victim came to the Fulton Police Department and reported that they had been held against their will for an extended period of time. Officers immediately initiated an investigation into the allegations. As the investigation progressed, information was developed that led to a search warrant being issued for the suspect’s residence. As a result of the investigation, the suspect was taken into custody without incident and charged with multiple offenses. The suspect is identified as; Andrew P. Clark, 43 years old, of Sterling, NY
Charges:
- Kidnapping in the Second Degree – Class B Felony
- Strangulation in the Second Degree – Class D Felony
- Unlawful Imprisonment in the Second Degree – Class A Misdemeanor
- Aggravated Harassment in the Second Degree – Class A Misdemeanor
- Harassment in the Second Degree – Violation
Clark was arraigned in CAP Court on April 13, 2026, and is currently being held on $50,000 cash bail.
