From the Fulton Police Department
In an effort to keep up with advancing technology, the Fulton Police Department has redesigned its web site, www.fultonpd.com.
The site is maintained by officers so there has been no cost to create or maintain the page. The previous design and technology of the web site was difficult to maintain and the look was becoming dated. The available features were limited as well.
The new site has a more modern and uniform look to it. The new available features such as the current weather, events calendar and the ability to show picture slide shows and video is a tremendous advantage.
Most of the information that was on the old site has been kept and transferred to the new site. Many features have been added, such as the ability to print handicapped and local parking permit applications as well as other forms, an expanded wanted section and an easier to read press release section.
The public is asked to visit the site frequently as we hope to expand and update the site on a regular basis.
